Stay Healthy, Stay Active is developed and maintained by Age UK Hounslow, with support from Hounslow Primary Care Trust and Hounslow Council Community Services.
The site aims to to improve health and well-being in Hounslow by providing:
- information on social and leisure opportunities in the Hounslow area;
- locally focussed health information; and
- a gateway to related resources.
Age UK Hounslow
Age UK Hounslow provides a range of services for older people living in the London Borough of Hounslow.
The main activities are:

Age UK Hounslow's "active age" ethos sees older people as a valuable resource within the local community, drawing upon the skills and experience of older people to promote community cohesion and enrich the lives of younger people through our inter-generational work with local schools and colleges.
Age UK Hounslow works under contract to Hounslow Council and is supported by a range of charitable trusts and corporate sponsors, including City Bridge Trust, Tudor Trust, The Big Lottery Fund, Lloyds TSB Foundation, Awards for All, Ealing & Brentford Consolidated Charity, Glaxo Smith Kline and Thames Community Foundation. Age UK Hounslow is a member of the Age UK Federation and receives valuable support from the national organisation, Age UK England, as well as the regional capacity-building organisation, Age UK London.

NHS Hounslow
NHS Hounslow is responsible for the health of over 250,000 people living in Hounslow.
We use NHS money to make a difference:
