When someone visits our website we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We do not record any further contact information for people who use the site, though people who are administrators for organisations and companies listed on the site can choose to give more information.
You can choose to set site preferences and register your interest in particular activities an areas.
When you are logged if you search the directory details are recorded so that you can run same search again from your personal page. You can clear your search history at any time by clicking the appropriate button on your personal page – your user id will be completely removed from the search history so it will be impossible to see what you have searched for. If you wish to search anonymously simply do not log in to your account when using the directory.
Information is collected and held only for the purpose of providing services to users, monitoring the performance of the site and developing the service to better meet users needs.
All information is held securely.
We do not pass on personal information to any third parties.
